"Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts."

~ Winston Churchill

Hey there, Mind Your Business community! Welcome to another episode of the Mind Your Business Mentor Podcast. I'm your host, Stephanie, and today we're doing something a little different. This episode is a freestyle episode where we're going behind the scenes of the podcast and talking about my personal journey with launching this podcast.

So, as many of you know, I recently launched this podcast and I was pretty nervous about it. I sent it out to my friends, family, and colleagues to get some feedback and one of the things they told me was that I sounded different. And it's true! I've had to go through a process to get this podcast out there and it's been a little bit of a struggle.

One of the things that I struggle with is inconsistency. I have a tendency to start things and not finish them, so I knew that in order to launch this podcast successfully, I needed to be structured and have a Content Bank. That way, I could be consistent with my episodes and avoid any lapses in content.

But even with the structure, I still found myself struggling to stay on track. I have a tendency to go off on tangents and forget the point that I was trying to make, which is why I have to script out each episode. I want to make sure that the information I provide is valuable and that I stay on topic.

I know that I may sound a little different on this podcast, but I promise you, I'm still Stephanie. I'm just working through my own insecurities and fears to bring you the best content possible.

I think it's important for me to share my personal journey with launching this podcast because I want you all to know that I'm not perfect. I'm working through my own struggles just like everyone else. And if I can do it, so can you.

It's easy to get caught up in our insecurities and fears, but it's important to recognize them and take the necessary steps to overcome them. It's okay to be imperfect, it's okay to struggle, and it's okay to make mistakes. That's how we grow and learn.

So, Mind Your Business community, I hope that this freestyle episode has given you a little glimpse into the behind-the-scenes of the Mind Your Business Mentor Podcast. I'm committed to bringing you the best content possible and I appreciate each and every one of you for listening.
