"The quality of your life is determined by the quality of the decisions you make."
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
"The hardest thing to learn in life is which bridge to cross and which to burn."
~ David Russell
"Decision is the ultimate power."
The word "decide" means to cut off. To decide is to make a choice, to cut off other options, and commit to a particular course of action. It's a powerful act that sets the stage for all future actions and decisions.
Entrepreneurship
In the context of MYB Lifestyle, the decision-making process is crucial for entrepreneurs. The decision to start a business, to invest in a particular product or service, to hire a team or collaborate, or to pivot the business strategy can make or break you and your business's success. The first step is to decide on the vision and mission for the business and to commit to it fully. It is important to make decisions quickly and decisively. Procrastination and indecision can lead to missed opportunities and stagnation.
I encourage you to trust your instincts and to make decisions based on your values and long-term goals. This is where the 5-second rule comes into play…trusting your instincts looks like this, you set a goal in your mind, your mind goes to work to figure out how to get you to that goal, and you get an instructional thought…that’s when you employ the tool…5,4,3,2,1…act on your instinct. It’s the waiting and overthinking that makes you indecisive and you internally talk yourself out it or procrastinate.
The decision to become an entrepreneur requires careful consideration. Decide on your business idea, target market, and business plan.
